Meet Karin

Hi there! My name is Karin and I’m the storyteller behind Coastalkells. Growing up in small town Kelowna, BC my parents raised me with a healthy love of the outdoors, photography and adventuring.

This passion turned into a profession when I graduated in the pandemic and now am a freelance photographer operating out of Vancouver, BC. It is my mission to inspire individuals to get outdoors and explore their backyard through movement. My favourite ways to experience the world is through hiking, backpacking, running, sport climbing, skiing, backcountry skiing and cycling!

Throughout my activities I love to capture photos of the memories made and share them with my audiences on social media.
